I've lived it, and I get it.
My significant experience in leadership and senior roles means we can quickly get to the heart of the matter and focus on what will serve you now and in future.
My 28 years' plus career experience includes Trustee, Committee Chair, Director and Assistant Director roles in large organisations in the not for profit sector and in roles within commercial organisations. My values based approach is integral to my leadership. Two golden threads unite all my roles: strategic review and the design and implementation of change, with all the people, culture, and process implications you'd imagine.
I have led across whole organisations and developed functional specialisms in continuous improvement and organisational learning, organisational strategy, service delivery, business development, partnership working, customer experience, customer engagement, performance, quality and compliance. Effective communication skills, relationship building, and the ability to bring people with me in designing and implementing change has been central.
I have also worked in managerial and frontline positions, run my own consultancy and training business, and have transitioned between not for profit and commercially driven environments. So I understand the challenges, opportunities and context of operating in and between these roles and sectors, and the ask of boards, leaders, management, and people on the frontline and in back-office functions.
As well as my Diploma in Transformative Coaching I have a Diploma in Management Studies, with an emphasis on change management. I hold Diplomas in Law and in Legal Practice, a BA (Hons) English and History of Art (London), and I'm a qualified and experienced trainer. With the increasing recognition of the impact of wellbeing in the workplace, I am ensuring I am across the latest approaches and best practice by undertaking specialist training on Mental Health and Coaching: Integrative Approaches, Ethics and Best Practice.
I can help you with all of these and more
Bold and difficult actions are going to be necessary in the coming months, and you want a confidential thinking space with some constructive challenge to develop and strengthen your vision and effectiveness?
You want to model a culture of organisational and personal learning?
Perhaps
I work with executives, senior leaders and managers on presence, effectiveness, leadership styles, values, culture, confidence, resilience and work relationships. I provide a confidential and informed space with supportive informed challenge, which enables people to navigate complexity and lead decisively with humanity. I can add value drawing on my long career in the charity sector, where I have held Board and senior leadership roles, and my commercial experience of running my own consultancy and training business.
"I really appreciated your neutral tone, and the judgment free space, alongside the framework for sessions which was useful to aid my thoughts, and I would certainly look to work with you again in the future."
