Putting Fees Into Context
I aim to offer you impact and value for an investment which is equitable.
Equity is a core value of mine. If you have financial concerns about accessing coaching please reach out without fear or embarrassment, so we can discuss in confidence. I will be happy to see what might work for us both. This includes people who are without an income, for whom I can offer a number of nominal fee and gifted sessions. It is important to me that money should not become a barrier to you reaching your potential.
Where organisations are funding sessions or are looking for support in other ways such as mentoring, training or consultancy, I offer bespoke pricing to reflect the organisation's particular requirements and the nature of the assignment. Please contact me for an exploratory discussion about your organisation's needs.
For individuals who are in a position to fund themselves, I offer a sliding scale based on annual income.
My references below to clothes and hair cuts are not intended to stereotype, trivialise or assume, and I'm certainly not suggesting anyone needs to wear a suit to work with me! I use these references to contextualise the investment in increasing our personal or professional potential. Investing in our appearance can help us look and feel good, confident, "right for the part": coaching and mentoring helps us to achieve, to do, to work out what is right for us, to make a role our own, to be confident, to progress, and to live the life we want to live. The value of that lasts much longer than the loveliest haircut or suit, and I intend to offer fees which are accessible in context with annual income and other investments in ourselves.
There's no need to prove your income: I trust in my clients' honesty (how else could we work together?!).
Clients with an annual income of £100,000 or more: a set of six sessions = £750
Clients with an annual income of £80,000 - £99,999: a set of six sessions = £600
For comparison, a suit and shirt from Marella, shoes and a hair cut = c. £700
Clients with an annual income of £70,000 - £79,999: a set of six sessions = £480
For comparison, a suit from Reiss, shirt from Hobbs plus a pair of shoes and a haircut = c. £645
Clients with an annual income of £60,000 - £69,999: a set of six sessions = £420
For comparison, a suit and shirt from Hobbs plus a pair of shoes and a haircut =c. £500
Clients with an annual income of £50,000-£59,999: a set of six sessions = £390
For comparison, a suit and shirt from John Lewis, a pair of shoes and a hair cut = £400
Clients with an annual income up to £49,999: a set of six sessions = £360
For comparison, a suit and shirt from Marks and Spencer, a pair of shoes and a hair cut = £390
Fees effective from April 2025 for individual clients who are able to self fund without financial discomfort:
I have based this sliding scale on a set of six sessions as most people find that is most effective for them. I can also offer more sessions or fewer, and one-off sessions should you wish: please contact me to discuss.
I'm happy to discuss individual circumstances in confidence and to explore together what would work for both of us, so if you have any concerns about financing sessions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Entirely optional 'Pay it Forward' scheme
The option is also open (without any obligation), to pay any additional amount of your choosing, should you wish to 'pay it forward' in order to free up more spaces for people who are without an income. If you would like to do that simply let me know and I will keep the additional amount aside, ringfenced to benefit others.
