As well as offering coaching to individuals, I can offer bespoke programmes to organisations wishing to commission coaching and mentoring for trustees, leaders and managers.
I work with executives, senior leaders and managers on presence, effectiveness, leadership styles, values, culture, confidence, resilience and work relationships. I provide a confidential and informed space with supportive informed challenge, which enables people to navigate complexity and lead decisively with humanity.
I can add value drawing on my long career in the charity sector, where I have held Board and senior leadership roles, and my commercial experience of running my own consultancy and training business. As a qualified trainer I am also able to facilitate learning events and away days. Please contact me to discuss your requirements in confidence.
An Accredited Transformative Coach, I have led organisations as a Director and as a long-serving Trustee and Chair of Committee. My senior leadership experience also includes roles as Head of Department and Assistant Director in organisations with turnovers of £50M+.
I've been responsible for service design and development, operations management, staff development and training, organisational strategy, continuous improvement and organisational learning, quality and regulatory compliance, organisational change programmes, and complex stakeholder relationships amongst various other things, and have commercial as well as third sector experience.
As a result of my interest in the positive impact of coaching on workplace wellbeing, I have undertaken additional post-qualification training at Animas Centre for Coaching, on Mental Health and Coaching: Integrative Approaches, Ethics and Best Practice. The programme included training on Stress and Burnout, Understanding Workplace Mental Health as a Coach, and Stress Management.
